A free of charge shuttle bus service is provided on regular hourly basis.

The accommodation is decorated to the highest standard with wood flooring everywhere, except bathrooms and service areas and comprises of 4 bedrooms 3 bathrooms, living, dining, kitchen, a laundry, and a maid's room.
There's a large balcony off the sitting room, which overlooks the outdoor swimming pool. The apartment is fully centrally heated and air conditioned. It's also fully furnished with high quality brand new furniture, curtains and lights and equipped with refrigerator, washing machine, vaccum cleaner, etc. It's a 10 minute ride to Jia Zhou (Jiang Bei).

The buildings, gardens and the lake on this compound are maintained at a very high standard with 24 hour security and services include provision of cleaners, drinking water, taxis, and all kinds of misselaneous items that one might need on daily basis.

The apartment is on the 7th floor of an 8 floor building. There are only 2 apartments on each floor.

There is also a supermarket on the site for daily necessities.

House-Hunting service fees are normally applied as follows:
